Michael leads the Intellectual Property (IP) and Mobility practices at Tiruchelvam Associates, where he expertly navigates the complexities of all forms of IP including digital IP as well as cross-border legal challenges in both IP and immigration. Recognised by The Legal 500 for his clarity and strategic insight, Michael is celebrated for his ability to demystify intricate legal issues and deliver practical solutions. His practice spans key sectors including technology, media, telecommunications (TMT) and corporate mobility.
