Tiruchelvam Associates was founded in 1982 by Dr. Neelan Tiruchelvam, P.C. and Sithie Tiruchelvam.
Our story began with a clear mission: to redefine legal practices in Sri Lanka by putting clients first. Founded by legal visionaries Dr Neelan Tiruchelvam and Sithie Tiruchelvam, Tiruchelvam Associates has always been grounded in a commitment to ethical excellence and advocacy. Our Founders envisioned a firm that would be both a pillar of legal expertise and a progressive force for justice, service, and community in Sri Lanka.
