Ayendra is a distinguished Counsel with expertise in Public Law, Civil & Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He leads our Dispute Resolution practice and plays a key role in our Labour & Employment team, advising on complex matters across Labour, Testamentary and Commercial Law. Recognised in The Legal 500, Ayendra is known for his meticulous, results driven approach and his clear, practical counsel in high stakes disputes.
A member of both the Bar Association of Sri Lanka and its distinguished Bar Council, he has in the past contributed to law reform initiatives with the Ministry of Justice (2020–2022). His leadership and commitment ensure that clients receive expert guidance and robust representation.
Outside the courtroom, Ayendra is passionate about choral singing, travel, cinema and is a true foodie at heart. He values the supportive, people-focused culture at the firm, which fosters both professional and personal growth.
