Ashvini is a key member of our Intellectual Property (IP) team, helping clients protect and manage their most valuable IP assets. She manages IP portfolios, contentious IP matters and PCT applications, regularly representing clients before the National Intellectual Property Office of Sri Lanka (NIPO). Beyond IP, Ashvini also advises on data protection. Her trilingual skills make her a valuable asset, allowing her to seamlessly work with diverse clients across multiple industries and jurisdictions. Ashvini draws on her prior experience as the Sustainability and Compliance Officer for a subsidiary of a global apparel-tech conglomerate, where she gained hands-on expertise in ethical and sustainable corporate practices, insights which she now applies to her work at TA. Ashvini brings a sharp legal mind and a commitment to practical, business-friendly solutions. Her consistent and thorough approach has led her to be recognised by The Legal 500 for her work in intellectual property law.
